      At Taos of One, we teach not only the physical aspect of Muay Thai, but the attitude, discipline, and respect that is a part of this special martial art called Jiu-Jitsu.

      We truly care about our students. The teacher/student relationship is very deep in nature. The teacher is very serious in selecting a student to pass on the knowledge and technique of this special martial art. The teacher and student are in the ring together so to speak.  The teacher protects the student by teaching not only the physical aspect of Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu, but also the spiritual and mental aspects to the student and the student in turn respects the teacher.

      We train not only to become a fighter or for fitness, but to improve the whole person. 

      Sensei Wilkerson has trained we great instructors like Grandmaster Harfouche of Pensacola, Fl and Master/Professor Carlos Machado of Texas... Train under Larry downs of PBA/MMA.I currently train students interested in doing NAGA matches.
